Hi all

I am currently in the process of building my first drone!!!

But I appear to be encountering problems with the props I have. I have some self tightening props. I fitted them to my quad but it did not lift of the ground. I put my quad on the scales and turned it on, as I increased the throttle, the weight of the quad appeared to increase (meaning that the props were not generating lift, but were pushing the quad down). Unfortunately, I cannot change around the location of the props on the quad because of the direction of the thread. I cannot reverse the motors because that would mean that the props would fly off.

Am I doing anything wrong or do I have a faulty set of props?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
