Help, radio calibration

I'm almost ready to fly, working on radio setup but I'm not able to calibrate channels 5 and 6.

This is what I'm getting after calibration:

Radio

CH1: 1112 | 1936
CH2: 1106 | 1929
CH3: 1106 | 1930
CH4: 1104 | 1930
CH5: 1498 | 1499
CH6: 1498 | 1498
CH7: 1498 | 1498

Tried test mode, getting good readings from channels 1 to 4 only.

Any ideas?

Just removed IMU board to take a look at APM board. Put IMU back and it's working now.

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
