A "hard landing" has made the MediaTek GPS separate from the APM2 shield.   The blue led no longer flashes on startup and I cannot use Live Calibration on the compass (it shows that I'm off the coast of West Africa, instead of in PHX, AZ).   Can anyone tell me what I should do?  Can I send the board someplace to get the GPS re-soldered onto the board?   It's beyond my soldering skills.

You can switch to an external GPS (probably a good idea anyway if you're flying a copter). Details here.
