Help with Part selection for quad build.

Hello,

I am trying to build myself a quad. Its based on ARDUIMU Quadcopter by Jose Julio. According to information posted by him, I have decided to get those parts. Those are as follows:

TR_B18 - TURNIGY Basic 18A v3.1 Speed Controller -
more details
TowerPro Brushless Outrunner 2410-09 13A / 104W - more details
GWS EP Propeller (DD-1060 254x152mm) - more details
T2200.3S.30 - Turnigy 2200mAh 3S 30C Lipo Pack - more details

I am confused about calculations, like power supplied by battery, power intake by ESC and motors and Prop size.

Where can I find Counter rotating props meeting specs.

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
