A ready to fly APM plane can be had here. Although the plane may be ready to fly, it also needs a human pilot to operate safely and reliably. It comes with an RC transmitter for manual control. It would be most irresponsible of you to launch any aircraft without knowing how to fly it manual. It would also not have a good probability of continued successful flights. The plane I recommended is easy to fly and maybe flown successfully by a novice with a strong theoretical background in flight without assistance from an experienced pilot. You don't seem to interested in flying your plane so I suspect you don't have the necessary knowledge to operate a UAV successfully other than under autopilot control.
I would strongly suggest you seek help from a local RC club or at lest study the basics of flight first.
