I believe you need 3 Speed controllers for 3 motors.

What do you wish to do?, it seems you only have one speed controller for three motors, am I correct?

we want create a tricopter, when we bougth all  the sellers sayd that we only need 1 speed controls all motors at the same speed

As far as I know, and I'm no expert, you'll need an ESC for each motor. Connectors. Wire. Control board. Prop spinners. Props etc....

The motors look like inrunners. I've never seen a copter with inrunners either..

Make sure your ESC's and motors are matched as far as current is concerned.

Have you ever flown or built an rc model before?

If you were expecting to build a tricopter with just the stuff listed above, you were mistaken.

what would do we need??

To steer a vehicle like a tricopter you will require differential speed per motor. Same as with a quadcopter or any other multi rotor vehicle. For this you will require one speed controller per motor, and a minimum of three channels, unless you wish to try out tilting motors and vector thrusting.

there is a tutorial for this??

we just need somthing simple

To get started, lets ask the questions

1. Do you have an Ardupilot mega or any other stabiliser system for this tricopter?

no

Ok, Question 2

What is your profeciency level with an RC Helicopter, traditional or multi rotor.

I ask this question only to help me guide you in the right direction
