How to begin

Hey,

I have never attempted a UAV before (I just fly helis) but have been on these forums a bit looking at the amazing stuff that you all do and now I have finally got around to wanting to build one for myself (most likely a plane) and am wondering where to begin and how to learn the whole process. Keep in mind I have no comprehension of anything whatsoever!

By the way are you thinking of using an electric plane in the UAV challenge to find Joe?

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
