How to load pre-fetched Google map data in Mission planner

Like many of you, I have no internet connection at our flying field. I defined an area and pre-fetched the map data. I was led to believe that without internet connection Mission Planner would automatically load the pre-fetched map data; however, it does not. Is there a way to force load the pre-fetched data?

MP does load prefetched here (1.92). Of course, you need to have zoomed all the way in to make sure the plugin pulls all the tiles when you do have an internet connection.

Try turning off your wireless as connecting to a LAN with no internet access can will cause a timeout in the plugin. Also, make sure your IE's browser cache is active (and at least 20MB) as some corp laptops will have this setup.

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
