I have an X650 Value V4 and the APM2 but I'm having trouble calibrating the ESCs as they won't arm. I read on another forum that the X650 ESCs run from 200 - 1000µs rather than 1000-2000µs. When I check in APM the throttle goes from 1127 -1927, but when I check in the Parameter List it says THR_MAX 1000 and THR_MIN 0 so how do I lower the throttle from 1127-1927 to 175-1000?

I have DX8 with an AR8000 but there doesn't seem to be anywhere I can program this on the transmitter so I guess I have to do it in APM (?).

will it help to play with the sub trims on your radio?

I doubt it as the radio never refers to the µs numbers, only percentage. It's 100% 100% now and it can be adjusted 150% but I can't get it lower than 0%.

It seems that the ESCs are armed now though but I can't calibrate them. I've tried both auto and manual but the ESCs never beep so I'm suspecting that they never get the correct µs to trigger the calibration. That would also be a problem with the manual calibration though as the ESCs are directly connected to the throttle of the RX, so I'm a bit stumped here. Why would Xaircraft use ESCs that can't be calibrated by the biggest radio-manufacturer there is?

I know xa stuff is quit diferent than normal esc, try another make esc.

I know, but I'm going for the cheaper solution here. :)
