How to make a rotor blade

Hi,

I am from bangladesh. There are no industry or shop to buy light weight rotor blade in our country. I want to make good quality rotor blade. Do you have any idea? Can it be made modifying table fan or something like that?

That will not be an easy task. A good multicopter blade has to be very light but still strong and rigid. The shape also has to be just right to get good lift efficiency.

But if you are serious you should look into sourcing equipment and having some molds made for epoxy and glassfiber/carbon fiber sheet vacuum molding.

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
