I'm hoping someone can point me to instructions on how to upload a new APM update to my Arducopter board. Does it auto update when Mission Planner updates? I downloaded the latest download and extracted the files. I am confident with standard arduinos etc but how do I compile these multi files up to my arducopter board.Simon.

For your own code, alpha releases, and bleeding-edge builds from master, download the patched build of Arduino from the downloads section and follow the instructions in the ArduCopter appendix for loading code via Arduino
