how to use pixhawk - Edison or Arduino

I wanna connect to pixhawk with Edison Board, and control it(=pixhawk connected to Edison) using Arduino sketch.

I mean, Edison will be a RC controller. It controls pixhawk using Arduino sketch.
How can I do it?
