Improvvise flip issue

Good afternoon all. It's my first post and I'm glad to join the community but I'm sorry to ask about an issue. I have a quadcopter with pixhawk (log attacched). During initial flight test drone fly well but some improvvise flip during landing caused a crash. I read many post about this kind of issue: Esc connectors? Motor? Maybe an IMU failure?

Can you help me? Thank you in advance!
