In-flight lockup and reset?

I recently built a new X8 Skywalker and took it out for its maiden flight today. It has a APM 2.6 with the uBlox LEA-6 with compass GPS that was used on a previous X8 Skywalker with quite a bit of success. Almost everything stayed the same between the old aircraft and the new one - just with a little better construction (all of the components were transferred over).

In the flight today, all seemed to be going well in manual, stabilize, and auto. Although it appeared that some tuning would be necessary, the aircraft was flying decently well. However, after clicking restart mission (which may or may not be linked to the problem) the plane stopped moving in the Mission Planner flight data screen and I lost all telemetry. Simultaneously, the aircraft did a half-loop in the air. We were able to gain manual control of the aircraft and land it but Mission Planner didn't come back on board until shortly after landing. Also, the ESC was beeping when we landed, and according to its error codes, "the signal from the receiver was corrupt or non-existent".

I've attached the tlog from the flight. If anyone can help identify what caused the error it would be much appreciated! Thanks

It was a brownout, not sure why though. You can see in the graph the GPS time resets at around 1000. With a brownout on APM:Plane you get back manual control as soon as power is restored. nut it take about 25 seconds for an auto mode to return. You could have a loose connection, or are power servos with the APM Power module with JP1 in place?

Were you using the Power Module? If not, this may be due to a brownout.
