is there any bank limitation in auto mode ?

Hi there. these few days I've been doing HIL simulation with APM 1.4 an Xplane 9. when we go FBW, the bank or pitch limitation works fine. but when we go to auto mode to follow some waypoints the bank limitation seem not working. My logic says that in outo mode, every limitations in FWB should be applied. Is there something that I miss here ? please help..

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
