Just bought an APM2

Well I took the plunge and purchased and APM2 to replace the flight controller on my Xaircraft

Looking forward to getting it and obviously now have a lot of reading to do

Any pointers would be great

OK I'm lost already (that didn't take long did it)

Thought whilst I waited for the hardware to arrive I'd download and install the required software

I have no idea what to download and install

you install the mission planner software http://code.google.com/p/ardupilot-mega/wiki/Mission

from that you can update firmware on the APM2 and configure.

Contests

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
