Thank you 3DR customer support for the timely and professional job of repairing my APM 2.  It turns out that I had a bad diode on the board D1 and was able to send it back, get it repaired and returned, all in just over 2 weeks. They even sent me an additional diode and fuse repair kit and a damage control case for my board.  Everything was covered under my warranty.  Bravo!  I am definitely a happy customer and will be returning to purchase any future UAV electronics.

You need to first email your problem to help@3drobotics.com.  They will then email you back with a response.  They are usually very quick, within a few days at most.  Good luck.

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
