Thank you 3DR customer support for the timely and professional job of repairing my APM 2. It turns out that I had a bad diode on the board D1 and was able to send it back, get it repaired and returned, all in just over 2 weeks. They even sent me an additional diode and fuse repair kit and a damage control case for my board. Everything was covered under my warranty. Bravo! I am definitely a happy customer and will be returning to purchase any future UAV electronics.

You need to first email your problem to email@example.com. They will then email you back with a response. They are usually very quick, within a few days at most. Good luck.
