Load settings error

Hi,

I just got the 3DR radio today and am trying to get it working. Following the instructions I get to the part where it says to click on the load settings tab in the mission planner and this error comes up every time.See attached screen shot.

I have a solid green light on both, On the air unit the red light is flashing. ON the ground unit the red light does not come on other than very faint when I first plug into the USB port.

Please let me know if there is something I can try. I am lost.

Contests

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
