Hi I looking to have a drone track its x,y,z location to an high accuracy indoors. E.g +/- 2-3cm. My question is, does anyone know of such systems?

Their Vicon system is part of the Arena infrastructure and provides "millimeter-accuracy localization information at 200Hz or greater." It is quite sexy. But not cheap.
There have been many discussions of it, and some members have had some success in creating their own versions of this on one scale or another.
