Hi all.

I'm trying to find plans for a very basic flying wing design. Simply put I'm looking to build a non swept wing UAV out of balsa. The kind which would look like a rectangle from above. Can anyone help?
Thanks all :)

There are picktures of one at: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1186781 If I remember correct Dean Goedde had a some posts about the build a while ago, but I couldn't to find it.
That's the type I'm after. Thanks for finding it, much appreciated :)
Here is one that's completely scratchbuilt, and just about what you're describing. Its the KFm "plank" called the Nifty.

I was wondering if anyone could advise on what size (Kv & diameter) motor and esc I should install.. I've already got some 1300Mah 7.4V Lipos which I'd like to use too if possible.
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks.
Well, that's probably a better question for the rc groups thread on the plane, than for here. If it were me though, I'd use a Blue Wonder 1700KV.
That is a bad design for a flying wing as it wont be stable.

Suggest you use a slope RC foamie..they are good as indestructive

The BEE or Queen BEE might be suitable
I've decided to get the Icon flying wing from RC groups. Looks goooood :-)
Have a look at the Aviona plans at the bottom of this page, http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/member.php?u=132180.
