Magnetometer Issue APM2

Hello,

Does anybody knows why my magnetometer needs to be calibrated like the image attached to fly leveled without trimming? I used Auto trim mode to set it this way but i am not sure whether it will affect other flying modes eg Loiter and Navigation.

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
