Magnetometer Orientation

Hi

I am using Mission Planner to upload code into APM 1. What is the default orientation of magnetometer in Arducopter code uploaded via Mission Planner? How i be mounting my Magnetometer onto my Arducopter?

Thanks Chris found it. One more question if i mount magneto on the APM board i can disable it from the Mission Planner?
