Making a camera drone for under £500

Im looking to make a quad/hexacopter for footage mostly, as well as teaching others to fly. Being relatively new to making drones and having only flown smaller quadcopters before, I would appreciate any suggestions as to how I should go about this.

As far as specs go, a range of about 1km should be fine, and gps shouldnt be necessary as I will be mainly flying it overhead. I would also like an fpv setup similar to the dji range with either my phone or my laptop displaying a live feed from the drone. HD quality for the camera is a must, and preferably a gimbal I can use for full horizontal and vertical rotation.

I was looking at using an f450 kit as the base of my drone. Apart from that, I'm open to any ideas you may have. Thanks in advance for your help.
