Mavlink Connecting from Arducopter v3.2.1 / v3.3 codes

I have tried using the Developer code(Version 3.2.1 & 3.3) from Github, and have able to compiled and upload (Using Arduino IDE) them into my APM2.6.

However it does not connect to mission planner, I received "No Heartbeat Received". I have enable CLI from the code as well and it does not reflect in the terminal in MP as well.

Are there anyone that face this issue as well?

Side note: I can upload the version 3.1.5 code and it is able to connect to mission planner. Only 3.2 & 3.3 got this issue
