Hi, if i can wire the mediatek 10hz gps correctly to the adapter board will everything work, or does the code have to be changed as well?
If the code has to be changed, what part of it do i change? (will it be a lot)
please consider i know very little about programming.

~on a side note does anyone have a ublox gs407 they can sell to me? i am willing to pay $100 or more, i am growing very desperate!

You could buy it from diydrones store or SF , is it out of stock?
Anyone?
they are all out of stock, i found 1.... on a German website, with shipping and all it would come out to be $150 and i would have to wait 2 weeks to get it, next week is when they restock the gs407's on diy store. Problem is i need it ASAP......
hmm, Check with openpilot for Mediatek GPS, I think they have one with it which may suit your requirement. If you get it done , feed back is appreciated. good luck.
The problem is i purchased everything needed for ardupilot, except the gps (out of stock)......
Wow I started a thread on the 29th dealing with all of the issues? I understand the lack of experience in an online forum but creating a duplicate thread with the same title only 48 hours after the first does negatively effect this communities ability to resolve common issues. I know DIYDRONES moderation is minimal at best. In the future please keep in mind it may be easier for other users and the administrators of this collection of information if we all try to consolidate our input and questions.
