Mediatek w/ adapter basic board TTL level compatibility with arduino.

Can I directly connect the serial pins on an Arduino to the pins on the adapter board? I believe the Arduino uses 5v TTL and the MT3329 appears to be LVTTL. Does the adapter board handle the discrepancy, or is there more work involved?

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
