Amin,

Short answer. No.

The Ardupilot Mega is a different platform. Some of the hardware, like your GPS unit should be able to be used with Ardupilot Mega, however if you bought the optional IMU for example, it is not supported, the Ardupilot Mega has its own IMU shield "Oilpan".
