The mini usb broke off the board and it is fairly unrepairable. Is there a method for utilizing an FTDI cable to run firmware updates? I am unable to find anything documented.

Hi There - this a bit of a long shot but did you manage to get an answer to your problem of no USB. I have the same problem and thought I may have read somewhere that it is possible to program the board some other way.
