Hi everyone !
My first quadcopter is finish to build and I want to test the motors with the "motors" command in the CLI.
The wiki say (after enter the command in the CLI):
Plug in your LiPo battery and connect the four-wire cable from the Power Distribution Board to APM. Now move your RC transmitter's pitch/roll sticks all the way to the limit in each direction to make the prop in that direction spin (so moving the stick up will make the front rotor spin on a quad, and moving it right will make the right rotor spin).
Unfortunately, the result on my quadcopter is completely different.
The motor 1 turn a short time, then the motor 4 a short time too, the 2 and the 3 do the same.
When I move my stick on my RC transmitter, nothing happens.
My RC receiver is connected and works good.
So, I'm lost. What can I do ?
Thanks for the help !
I dont know what the answer is but I have the same problem.
I am using MP1.1.63 with AC 2.5.3 on APM1 with 2560 board if that helps the dev team.
the documentation is old moving the stick on the RC transmitter now does nothing.
there is a video there as well
Thanks Gabriel for the answer.
So I hope my installation is correct.
It's possible to change the doc ? Wich person should I contact to do that ?
