I bought a new Ardupilot 328 boards and connect showing on the photo and I run 1.0 code and test code,But no matter how i switch chanel to control CTRL the mux dosen't work ? I don't know why??

In the pictures you don't have the CTRL input going to your Rx Channel 5, as instructed. Why not?

because i use 4ch Remote control don't have Channel 5 and My Gps blinking but GPS LOCK was not working

Now i unplug the CRTL wire the Mux light but GPS LED didn't blinking(photo) Why was this happen

I don't know. The MUX is designed for toggle switches (up, down and middle positions).

It's really hard to support configuations that aren't the recommended ones and we've never seen before. Can you at least set it up the recommended way to ensure that everything is working before trying to customize it for your unique setup?

try to get more travel out of the channel you are using to control the mux.also Chris,it still says AT168 on the programming port.;)

Try to force the MUX (D4) pin high with the atmega328 to see if the mux chip is damaged.. If yes send it back to SF

Also, in the code you must declare the PIN (D4) as input to leave it in high impedance and not pull down the attiny signal going to the multiplexor.
