I have a 3DR X8 and have had my share of troubles with it. I purchased it new.
A few weeks ago, when flying, the drone tumbled out of the sky only a few moments after a successful take-off. I sent it in to 3DR, who informed me of possible motor failure. Other than that, they weren't able to provide me with much direction.
My team and I are new to the drone world and spent some time taking off and landing in dust, which we now know not to do. Has this happened to anyone else? I can make my flight records available.
