Download UCenter from the Ublox website. Attach your Ublox to a PC with the FTDI cable and see if it is operating properly.
i try what you say but still not work
Did you get the uBlox from us? If so, did you order it configured for ArduPilot?
i get the uBlox from DIYdrones , i use ArduPilot2.5
#define GPS_PROTOCOL 2 // 0 = NMEA, 1=SIRF, 2=uBlox, Choose protocol
Joe , when you order uBlox from diydrone stores, you get choice to get it pre-configured for

1. Ardu pilot ready
2. Paprazi ready
3. Factory default ( NMEA)
What did you choose?

did you order it with uBlox adaptor also?
i choice 1. Ardu pilot ready
Download the latest http://ardupilot.googlecode.com/files/Ardupilot_25_RC2.zip

In there you will find an app that tests the uBlox. All it does is parse and display the uBlox.

If you want really low level debugging - you can try the enclosed Arduino code and Excel File.
It may take 10-20 minutes for a first time lock. Just let it run with a clear view of the sky.

Best of Luck!
