Alright, well the first place I started to look for help was the manual, I found that I can change the mixing, and reverse channels with the dip switches.
I played around with the switches like they are suppose to be for V-tail mixing, and the V-tail working in Rc mode, and stabilize modes, however when It comes to actually stabilizing, only one tail fin will react to me tilting the plane around?
Any help please =]

I will try to embed a video, and add the link to the video!

apearently no one has ever flown with a Vtail and APM.. =/
Easiest way probably would be a v-tail mixer, like this one: http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=6321

But i already programmed the mixing in my transmitter, its just the APM that wont recognize that Im using a V-tail?

My tail works fine in rc mode, its just when the APM tries to stabilize, only one servo will throw from APM..

I'm glad you have raised this as my final UAV will be V tail to reduce drag but as I will be trying to fit varying other control surfaces I will be using a mixer setup to produce the result as its plug and play. There are people with V tails so you'll have to wait for the to find the thread.

Actully i think i just realized what wrong with my set up..?

Most V-tail mixers say aileron and rudder on the side... Ive been trying to get the APM to mix rudder, and elevator channels.. I will change around these servo connectors and get back to you!

good news! i finally got all my programming right with the new set up!
V-tail needs ch 1,2 from APM, wings are on ch 4 (you will need to change your transmitter mode to accommodate)
Still cant get APM to stabilize its self, keeps starting up set up sequence to look for gps lock?

same here. My V-tail only tilt one of its ruddervator when I try stabilized mode. there is no problem in manual mode also. so, Mr. Anthony, please share if you found any solution
