I appreciate any help on the following problem.

I'm trying to make an APM hardware with Atmega 2560 by myself. I'm trying to find out the pin numbers which are connected to the Xbee, GPS, 328P, PC and other impotant components if possible.

I'm trying to find out the pins in the following way:

Xbee- PJ0, PJ1 (For example)

GPS- PD2, PD3 (For example)

328P-

PC-

Other imp Ports-

Rudder-

Throttle-

Etc....

I tried to understand the pin numbers from the schematis but couldn't. If possible pl suggest me a link also which shows the pin connections to the above elements.
