Need some help getting a pixhawk setup

So I have a new tarot hexcopter setup with a pixhawk and external gps and mag. I set it up on a computer and everything worked fine. I flew the maiden and the autotune crashed the hex. I have repaired it, but I can not for the life of me connect it to a computer. The original computer I set it up on is no longer available. I have tried two different computers (mac and pc) with bad results. The computer fails to recognize the pixhawk in device manager on the pc. On apm planner on the mac, the dropdown menu does not have the option for pixhawk.

I managed to do a radio re calibration, acc calibration, and compass calibration last night. The copter fired up (but armed to the left??) and worked fine on a ground test. I go to fly it today and all i get is per arm failures from the pixhawk. I am unable to connect it to a computer to see whats going on. It should have flown since it was fine last night, but its not happy about something. I have no idea what to do… :(

Any help would be appreciated…

I got it connected to the computer. Im getting "bad gyro health" "alt disparity" warnings and it will not pass acc calibration. I think its faulty. I did a FW reset.
