I spoke to the tech support people. They were referring to the test software, not public code. We'll post the public test software so that people contacting tech support can run the same diagnostics the factory uses.

so , what is the problem in my board? DIP switches acts like just diognastic software condition with regular ardupilot mega software? why?

Tony, why don't you send me your boards and I'll sort them out. I've set up more than a hundred boards at this point and only had one go bad on me, so I'm a pretty safe pair of hands. Just PM me and I'll give you my address.

@Chris,

Did you ever post the public test software (diagnostics that the factory uses)? I am sure that it would be very useful to have a diagnostic test suite available that is independent of the CLI tests. I know that I sure could use it to diagnose a flaky absolute pressure sensor.

Did you ever get a reply?  I'd like the code as well.  How do we contact tech support to open a ticket (?) and get a copy of the diagnostic?

I have got the same problem, Im try to upload from IMU usb port, and i got the same error like you had.
