New GPS that's not working

I ordered one of the new GPS but it isn't lighting up or working. I have emailed help@3drobotics.com for a RMA both yesterday and today without a response, does anyone have another way to get in contact with them?

Season Two of the Trust Time Trial (T3) Contest has now begun. The fourth round is an accuracy round for multicopters, which requires contestants to fly a cube. The deadline is April 14th.
