Newbie Guide?

Hi.  I've ordered the new board (pre-order) and motors and ESC's.  This is a very brief newbie guide at:

Is there a more detailed guide that goes over things such as how to configure and hookup sonar (for example, is it plug and play at this point --- ie. all the codes already in there and you just need to buy the sonar circuit and plug it in?

 

I'd like to get a better understanding of where the project is at and how all the hardware works so that I'm ready to go when all my stuff arrives.  However, I'm not really finding all the answers by reading the forumns.

    Hi Dave,

     

    I think it would be good to look at these pages for the building of the copters, and these for the building of the planes when I started out some time back now, I read these manuals daily while waiting for my first APM to come through the mail, I found building and understanding all the parts was very easy as i knew where the info was in the manual!
