I've just upgraded to Arduplane 2.5 using the APM planner 1.2 onto my APM 1.0. All seemed fine, but when I move the switch towards the pin headers, to start flight mode, and reset, I just get a sold green LED, nothing else lights up (not the regular alternating green and red).
I can't connect to it either over USB. If I switch back to terminal mode (away from headers), I see Arduplane 2.5 is loaded and I can run setup, etc.
Please help? Board / switch broken?
[EDIT] It does work when I hold down the reset button for a second and release, then it initialises as per normal, however I can't do this every time before flight because the APM is well tucked away in the fuse.
I'll appreciate any ideas why a reset is required before it initialises!
