HI,

I am using ArduPilot Mega (APM 1) board.  see a lot of pins (esp. 8 Input and 8 Output pins) on board. I am unable to find out the exact pin numbers to be used while 'programming'. I checked the eagle.sch schematic also, but I am not so clear with that, as it shows all the components used in design and repeats some pin numbers.

I am unable to find it on the manual. Can someone help me with the pins numberings of I/O for APM 1 board, to be used while programming ?
