Unfortunately I am having trouble linking Pixhawk with my Spektrum radio and can not find any solutions on the net?
First attempt I used the satellite connection via the SPKT/DSM port and all went smoothly until I came to configure the failsafe, I could not get a pulse drop on throttle when radio was turned off, I tried lowering low rate in settings, rebinding etc but nothing worked.
I bought an AR7700 receiver with PPM output which messed all the channel configuration up, I changed the channel settings via the RCMAP in parameters, this worked and now showed a drop on Throttle but still wanted to use channel 3 for failsafe?? Then I put all the RCMAP back to default and changed the channel config in the radio, no go? I have now made a wire to connect both radio and satellite via the SPKT/DSM port but still having trouble??
I have never been the brightest star in the sky, however I usually win with things due to persistence, but everything I do here seems to make things worse.
I have an APM2 on pwm and this works well.
Any suggestions will be warmly welcomed.
