  • I had a similar problem with my own pixhawk. It sat still on the ground pointing south and the heading reported on MP was north and slowly spinning counterclockwise turning full circles. I did many calibrations, compassmots what have you until i hit the problem. Under the advanced params section there is a "Use Compass for yaw" and it was set to "disabled". This meant that the GPS provided the heading and the GPS does so based on the direction of your movement. So if your gps position is changing even though your physical position is the same your reported heading and yaw will change. After I set this param to "enabled" I finally got a solid heading.

    TL;DR: full params> COMPASS_USE set to 1
  • Guys anyone can Help???

is this PID tuning of Yaw? I have read that nobody tunes the Yaw PID. I just have autotuned the quad, all calib, compas, radio , imu.
