Hello.im building a quadcopter which may carry about at least 8 kg of weight.and im using 4114 330kv high pole motors.but i used cheap 40a escs.they were work fine for 3s lipo and also 4s lipo.but since motors are design for 6s, i used 6s battery.then happened this error,first actually i don't know about this kind of error,,but after i googled finally realized this is esc synchronized error...so guys please help me to find the correct esc for those motors...i choose dys bl40a mini...is this working fine...?

It's very common for low kv motors to lose synch! There are several factors at play, but the most important is the hardware+firmware, and the setup. Hobbywing make well respected ESCs and do two specially for multirotor low kv motors and this one in particular is most suitable for you;
If you get more generic flashable ESCs then blheli is better than simonk - simonk is more for racing and blheli has a better blended throttle response (apparently) which is less likely to trigger desync on larger motors. Timing setup is always important, but the most important thing seems to be NOT to use any form of active braking (also called damping light, DEO) - this quickly triggers desyncs. The only time i've ever had desync is using active braking.

I would have thought those DYS ESCs should be OK. Just make sure you've got the latest blheli flashed and you have damping light turned OFF.
