I have APM 2. I had a crash and the board seems fine, when I plug in the USB to my computer, everything lights up and I can access Mission Planner. Keeping the USB in, if I plug in my lipo, I can arm the motors, and throttle up (motors spin normally). However, as soon as I unplug the USB from my computer (the lipo is still plugged in) the board goes dark, I cannot arm my motors, nothing happens. I just hear the beeps from my motors repeatedly. I checked all my wiring and everything is in perfect order. The jumper pin is in on the board to allow power from the ouput pins. What's happening?

I checked and the soldering looks good. What else should I check?
