Hi all,
I'm doing the maiden flights of my new Y6 but I don't know why extrange reason propellers brake in the air.
I know that are cheap propellers with low quality:

But I didn't expect that after 5 minutes working the propeller can explode like this.
I already broken more than 5 propellers.
This is a little video when it's brake:
Can be the vibrations of the motor? Or something diferent?

Did you check the propeller adapters for sharp protrusions that could be cutting the prop hub? Are you over tightening the prop adapters and crushing the prop hub? Are you using the correct shaft adapter? Are the propellers that break always on the same motor?

Yes, I inspect the propellers but I can't see anything, also the prop adapters looks normal. I didn't balanced the propellers.
The propellers brake from different motors. I 'm thinking that maybe I over tightening the prop adaters as you suggest.
I attach a picture if it helps.
Thanks!

I'm not an expert in injection molding of plastic but all of those breaks look very suspicious to me.
