quadcopter descends at full throttle APM 2.6

I have a quadcopter that flys very well in stabilize mode but if i execute several flips or change modes the quadcopter just slowly descends to the ground even though i have it at full throttle, yet when i check the battery it still has plenty of juice!! What might cause this i know that my the wieght of my quad is well in the bounds of my motors lift capability. I am new to apm (had a kk2.1) and i am very frustrated and i can't figure out what is wrong. I have attached the log from a flight where i fliped 7 times and on the seventh it descended to the ground with 12.3 volts LEFT!! more that half the battery as at full it has 12.6volts!! Please Help and Thank You!!
