Quadcopter not taking off

Hello

I am working on a quadcopter (plus frame). Everything seems to be right - the motors and props direction, connections, calibrations. Shows no error. Motors/props spin. But how much ever throttle I give, the drone wont take off. I dont think weight is an issue because this drone has flown before with extra weight. The latest firmware has been updated. Maybe there is something wrong with the parameters. I really dont know where I've gone wrong.
