Hello all,

I had my quadcopter on APM2 working fine until I updated the firmware on my 9x to er9x. Now, when I try to calibrate the sticks, there is no response. All of the bars just show as centered.

I tried rebinding the receiver and radio, resetting the software, resetting the connection. So far nothing is working.

Does anyone have any idea of what is going on? It's a bummer. I just wanted to get the 3-way toggle working for flight modes but now I'm grounded.

Thanks.

Hi!

I use the same setup but probably a older er9x FW. After flashing your radio you have to calibrate your sticks in your Radio first!

I looked at my radio:

1. Turn it on

2. Then press the "+" button on the left to enter "Radio setup"

3. Navigate to the last page "Calibration", its page 6 on my radio.

EDIT: Then do the calibration of course 8)

I hope, this help you out!

Cheers

Rob

When I put Er9x on mine, I had to rebind (which is easy) and then recalibrate, but all the channels were different, and trying to change the modes didn't do the job.... I imagine it's a mistake on my part, but to someone who is new to a more advanced controller it can be a real pita! I ended up flashing back to stock in the end  (although Im going to give it another go) Maybe try one of the other firmwares...

My flysky never worked a day in its life on the orig. FW. I bought it together with Frskysystem and i did a initial function test with the stock setup while heating up the soldering iron.... So i don't know if there are rebinding or channelassinment issues after transition to er9x - i will never know :)

So long

I just installed ER9X on mine for the first time about 2 weeks ago. I did not have to rebind the receiver.

I also installed ER9X mostly for the 3-way toggle switch to use for a flight mode switch. Let me know if you would like help setting it up once you get the receiver working.
