Range of RATE_RLL_P and RATE_PIT_P

Hi,

I am trying to tune a Trex450 FBL and according to the online documentation RATE_RLL_P should be somewhere around .04, however in Mission Planner 1.3.31 it says that the range for that parameter is between .08 and .20. I am using Arducopter 3.2.1 on an APM 2.6. Is this an error in documentation or a change that has to do with 3.2.1 ?

Anybody have an idea of what I don't understand here ?
