Ripping off drone/maker community

So this thing just came up on my Facebook feed for some reason:

Never heard of this co. on this forum or anywhere and this thing smells like a scam on the drone/maker community to rip off their designs and charge an entry fee for some "contest". Google them and I saw theyre spamming several different forums. Just wanted everyone here to be aware!

Not that much different than Photo contests, and many other things like that. Entrants sign away the rights to their IP in the hopes of winning a contest.
